National Reports are a reply from countries to an international survey
launched at the initiative of a Strategic Theme Coordinator. For the
Durban Congress, three Strategic Direction Sessions have called for
National Reports:

- service quality indicators to evaluate the level of response
to users demands,
- technology and organisation of maintenance operations and repair
works in order to provide the best service to users.
